Design Day Consultation

Come to our studio with images of your space, measurements of your room, and any inspiration in mind, and from there, we get started! The package includes a consultation where we will suggest furniture ideas, fabrics, materials, lighting, and more to complete your space. After the consultation, we will put together a personalized design plan for clients that you can access at any time. This is a collaborative workings session, so the more information you provide at the meeting the more we will be able to offer! We do not prepare any designs prior to this meeting, so it truly is planning the room out together. 

*This package does not include detailed floor plans, elevations, renderings, or professional drawings of any kind.*

What we will need to get started:

Once you purchase the Design Day Consultation be sure to follow up via e-mail to design@hendrenhouse.com  with measurements of your room including all wall lengths, ceiling height, window measurements (width and length), any door, wall openings, halls, or pathway space dimensions, as well as any unique architectural elements in your space (for example any pillars, alcove areas, fireplace dimensions, ceiling heights or slants, and all crown molding and baseboard measurements). If our team does not hear from you within 24 hours of purchase, we will follow up via e-mail to find out your needs! 

Purchasing Budget Categories:

We do ask clients to have a budget in mind prior to requesting our services as we do require a $5,000.00 furnishing minimum per room to work with us through our Design Day Consultation package. 

Full-Service Residential Design is required for any project requesting three or more rooms in the home. We cannot provide consultations for renovation projects.

Comparative price shopping will not be tolerated or negotiated. We are a small business and always do our best to offer the best and fairest pricing to clients. We request that all products suggested by Hendren House be purchased directly by our office. Many online retailers offer promotions, sales, or free shipping; we offer our design discount and order management services.

Additional Information:

All design fees are separate from the cost of furnishings of any kind. After a client reaches four hours or more with the Design Day Consultation, we begin to bill our hourly rate of $150.00 per hour for any additional time accrued working with the design team. This includes all communication (emails, texts, phone calls, additional meetings, or any interaction specific to your space with the design team).
