Interior Design Consultation

Looking for new furniture or not sure how to best utilize your space? Our Interior Design Consultation assists you in bringing your ideas and our creative expertise to life!

Provide images of your space, measurements of your room, and any inspiration in mind, then leave it to us to get started designing your space! Come to our studio for a one-hour consultation where we will suggest furniture ideas, fabrics, materials, lighting, and more to complete your space. We then provide you with a personalized design plan that you can access at any time.

*This package does not include detailed floor plans, elevations, renderings, or professional drawings of any kind.*

What we will need to get started:

Once you purchase the Interior Design Consultation be sure to follow up via e-mail to design@hendrenhouse.com  with measurements of your room including all wall lengths, ceiling height, window measurements (width and length), any door, wall openings, halls, or pathway space dimensions, as well as any unique architectural elements in your space (for example any pillars, alcove areas, fireplace dimensions, ceiling heights or slants, and all crown molding and baseboard measurements). If our team does not hear from you within 24 hours of purchase, we will follow up via e-mail to find out your needs! 

Purchasing Budget Categories:

We do ask clients to have a budget in mind prior to requesting our services as we do require a $5,000.00 furnishing minimum per room to work with us through our Interior Design Consultation package. 

Tier I: One Room Consultation & Personalized Design Plan -- Spending less than $10k for furnishings-- Includes design ideas (a personalized board with direct links to products) and subcontractor contacts as needed. With this price point, the clients receive a portion of our designer discount for placing orders but will not receive order statuses besides initial order placement. 

Tier II: Two-Three Room Consultation & Personalized Design Plan -- Spending $10k-$25k for furnishings: Includes design ideas (a design board for specific rooms discussed and a personalized board with direct links to products), a “Specification Sheet” with a detailed list of product information, subcontractor contacts as needed, receives a portion of our designer discount, and order and project management services from Hendren House. 

Full-Service Residential Design is required for any project requesting four or more rooms in the home. We cannot provide consultations for renovation projects.

Comparative price shopping will not be tolerated or negotiated. We are a small business and always do our best to offer the best and fairest pricing to clients. We request that all products suggested by Hendren House be purchased directly by our office. Many online retailers offer promotions, sales, or free shipping; we offer our design discount and order management services.

Additional Information:

All design fees are separate from the cost of furnishings of any kind. After a client reaches eight hours (Tier One) and 12 hours (Tier II) or more with the Interior Design Consultation, we begin to bill our hourly rate of $150.00 per hour for any additional time accrued working with the design team. This includes all communication (emails, texts, phone calls, additional meetings, or any interaction specific to your space with the design team).
